This place was heaven. It is located in the centre but in a lovely neighbourhood far away from the crowds. The apartment had everything we needed and much more - there were umbrellas and raincoats for us to use conveniently, cards, plus coffee supplied everyday. The owner was simply amazing, taking care of us everyday and helping us with everything about the city, the best places to eat and how the public transport works as well. We're looking forward to coming back in the future.

地理位置很好，就在Albert cuyp-markt 那条街，去哪里都很方便（我步行去的博物馆区，15分钟左右）。 房间很大，布置的非常有品味，床也很大，有一个拐角办公桌，适合需要度假时也能打开电脑回邮件的打工人们。 host David 非常乐于助人。

Excellent place for couple. Calm and romantic. Perfectly located. Nice restaurant Hollandays just on the backside of river. Not cheap but very tasty with nice Chief Reb!!! Highly recommended.

We had both rooms on this houseboat and highly recommend a stay. It is a unique accommodation and something typical for Amsterdam. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Everything you need is there. You can even get some simple breakfast items from The Albert Hein grocery store around the corner, and use the fridge and a coffee maker and tea to have a basic breakfast on the water. It is very nice. Beds are comfortable, bathroom is clean, towels provided, locks and key work well (very safe). The host lives on the other half of the boat, or so we think, so he is close if needed. The host communicated well up front and during our stay. He is strict with the many rules that there are, including the ones posted on little labels in the rooms. But this strictness also ensures you have a quiet and good stay. Late checkout was not possible, not even half an hour.

Great location: Tram 4 is a 1-2 minute walk away which goes to Centraal Station, only a 10-minute ride. Very clean & modern apartment, with full kitchen facilities, appliances, etc.; bathroom clean; very comfortable bed, pillows & duvet. David & wife Catta very accommodating.

The owner was very friendly and helpful:) He is fast with responding the messages. The room is beyond expectation! Very clean and the bed is comfortable. I can't get enough with the canal view! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy the canal view in Amsterdam.
