Our host Teresa was great and very welcoming. The room was spacious and clean. It was looking to the common garden. This gives a lot of flexibility to sit outside. We had bad weather for couple of days, but we were not stuck in the room. It is rather central, many restaurants around it. There are cups, plates, microwave and kettle in the kitchen. We could prepare breakfast. There was complimenary nescafe and tea.

the property is nice and well maintained. Close to center but enough far to be silent and chilly. Water, tea and coffee almost always available, staff very nice and polite and always present. Very spacious room.

Ideally located in the center of Cozumel, close to the seaport. Great value for money. Very clean and of a high standard.

The location and comfort of the place was amazing, this makes it a hotel white easy acces to any side of cozumel, without fortgetting the people of the hotel were really kind.

The Owners Carolina and George are very nice , fluent English. We were late for our Ferry and George just offered to drive us so we could make it on time. The manager Celeste was always super helpful and so kind and personal, spoke English fluently. We felt very safe and cared for. Pool is just a cool off pool, not large just enough to take a dip. Extremely clean rooms and the shared kitchen was immaculate, sweet cleaning ladies. Complimentary Fresh coffee and hot Water for tea every morning . Great atmosphere and meeting people on the large shared patio was super! All age groups, we are in our sixties and loved meeting 30 - 60 plus year olds. Every room has a fridge and safe . Some rooms have a little kitchen sink and counter with microwave . There are plenty of nice restaurants on 30 th and 35 th streets. Big grocery store ,pharmacy and doctors office , 2 blocks away. Great location 5 blocks from the main square and ferry dock . We would highly recommend to people travelling alone just a super place. We will definitely return.

Excellent service, Alberto goes the extra mile to help your stay be easy, location is great!!!only 32 min walk from the airport less than 5 mins to ferry! In the heart of some night out places.

Abel was such a great host and really made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable! The diving was great as well! The location was perfect away from the bulk of the tourism and near several restaurants. The hostel itself felt very homely and was clean/tidy! Great library as well - I had been struggling to find English books up until that point!
