I arrived here for 1 night just to explore Unawatuna area. The plan was to move to a more convenient place. In the end I stayed here for a week! Gamini the Manager and the Owner took care of all my needs exceeding any expectations!

The location is very quiet 🤫, off the main road even in the centre, close to the beach and all the shops. The room was very clean, the property looks freshly decorated, new fitted bathroom, shower with the hot water, big bed with a mosquito net,small fridge in the room, very good value for the money. You have lots of monkeys in the area, which was fun to watch and you can feed them( they do not disturb you). The owners are very nice and generous people, will help you with anything. Very good wibes. Thank you 🙏

Awesome colonial touch at it's best! Cool location, walking distance from the beach, but away from all the noisy bars. Breakfasts is massive, hosts are extremely nice. This place is a blast from the past!

I booked a place for 3 nights but stayed for 2 more nights extra. The location is in the center, near to the beach, bus station, and cafes. It was a bit too crowded right after the gate of the place, but I did not hear any noise in the room. The territory is green, there are monkeys and squirrels there. The staff is very friendly, I liked to have a chat with them. The room itself is nice and specious. I particularly liked the shower room.

Wspaniali i pomocni właściciele, duże i pożywne śniadania- najlepsze były coconut roti domowej produkcji ❤️. Plażę od obiektu dzieli tylko ulica która niestety jest bardzo ruchliwa. Pokój wygodny, z klimatyzacją, my mieliśmy również balkon. Obiekt zadbany, czysty. Z czystym sumieniem do polecenia!

Rewelacyjny hotel, ulokowany odrobinę na uboczu, dzięki czemu można się tam doskonale zrelaksować. Przestronne pokoje/ apartamenty, z szerokimi i wygodnymi łóżkami. Obsługa hotelowa oraz menedżer robią wszystko by pobyt tam był niezapomniany. Polecam i chętnie wrócę ponownie!

Pokój spełnił oczekiwania, wraz z dobrymi śniadaniami. Ładny basen, a dodatkowo właściciele pomocni i mili. Koszt dostania się tuk tukiem do centrum nie był duży, działa Pick Me. Polecam!
