I arrived here for 1 night just to explore Unawatuna area. The plan was to move to a more convenient place. In the end I stayed here for a week! Gamini the Manager and the Owner took care of all my needs exceeding any expectations!

Lieliska atrašanās vieta, pastaigas attālumā līdz centram ar kafejnīcām, veikaliņiem un jūrai. Liels, komfortabls numurs, ir viss nepieciešamais. Laipni saimnieki, ir iespēja arī iznomāt motorolleri. Brokastīs ceptas olas, džemmaizītes, augļi. Pie mājās dzīvo skaisti pērtiķi, kurus reizēm var redzēt. Kopumā viss labi.

Awesome colonial touch at it's best! Cool location, walking distance from the beach, but away from all the noisy bars. Breakfasts is massive, hosts are extremely nice. This place is a blast from the past!

I booked a place for 3 nights but stayed for 2 more nights extra. The location is in the center, near to the beach, bus station, and cafes. It was a bit too crowded right after the gate of the place, but I did not hear any noise in the room. The territory is green, there are monkeys and squirrels there. The staff is very friendly, I liked to have a chat with them. The room itself is nice and specious. I particularly liked the shower room.

Great place, literally just a two minute walk from beautiful Unawatuna Beach. Nice rooms, friendly and helpful hosts who speak good English, fast wifi, I recommend it.

Everything , the staff were incredible so kind and helpful, room and facilities were very clean and comfortable. Location was fantastic, off the beaten path, quiet, but still close to beach and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again without a doubt.

A quiet location set in beautiful grounds. Comfortable room with a veranda where we were served breakfast. Nice swimming pool area. Family run who were really nice.
