Ace Boutique was a peaceful oasis close to the airport. The staff and owner family are very kind and warm. They always want their guests to be happy and comfortable. They even helped me celebrate my 76th birthday. The mattress was comfortable and the hot shower had good pressure. Restaurants and shopping are close by, however the main road is not pleasant for walking but tuk tuks are always close by and available. I would definitely recommend a stay here at the beginning or end of your trip to Sri Lanka. I’ve already booked 2 nights at the end of my trip!

The nicest host and room we had in sri lanka, they are really amazing. Room is big very clean with great air-conditioning, amazing shower and toiletries. We were really happy there and would not have minded to stay an extra day. In Negombo is great for shopping and restaurants and very easy to reach the airport! Free drop off in the morning was perfect!

Friendly staff, walking distance to supermarket, close to the airport. It was a quiet area despite being close to the airport which is nice and you have your own cottage with own bathroom. They were able to arrange a taxi to the airport.

The property is great with a beautiful lawn. Rooms and common spaces are very clean and well maintained. The location is close to the airport, but the neighborhood is still very quiet and peaceful. Ravin is an excellent host as well and is very accommodating of your requests. Would love to stay there again.

Eventhough the shuttle service didn't work out for some organisational reason I got reimbursed for the taxi that I eventually had to take because the option I booked included the shuttle service. The hosts are very friendly and fair. I did not have to ask for the compensation, I received apologies straight away for the error and the owner proactively offered to deduct the taxi costs from the room fee. Special thanks to Kan who is a very professional young man. I usually find in people and staff area for improvement but for the first time I don't know how he could improve his professional and interpersonal skills. Everything apart from the shuttle service fail in the beginning, which was only an error in communication between the owner and staff, everything apart from that was immaculate. The food is very nice, you get fresh water throughout the stay and you get proactively addressed every need you might have without any hesitation. The room was very clean, had everything you need for the stay. The area is very close to the airport, took only ten minutes. And the price for the stay is very reasonable, I would even say that the price is low for the level of professionalism and care you receive if you stay here as a guest. It's probably due to the overall market situation in Sri Lanka, high supply and probably rather low demand in tourism. But compared to Europe you receive double and triple the value of service for money. I believe it's not going to be like that for a long time because I'm pretty sure that the tourism will go up in the next couple of years if the political situation stays stable. Very impressed by this place and would definitely recommend to everyone who's looking for an apartment not far from the airport.

Great owner, very friendly and nice person. Also the pick-up in the middle of the night from the airport was perfect and without any incident. The breakfast is good. The room was spacious and clean and the villa itself is very beautiful and nice.
