Sanji and Madhu were excellent hosts - From the time we stepped into the property to our departure, we were treated like family guests - We had all our Breakfasts and Dinners at the property. Everything which was served was excellent, prepared to perfection. The presentation was equally good. We discussed multiple topics in our 2 days stay with Sanjee and he showed us around the property. My daughter bonded so quickly with Yasashvi ( Sanjee/Madhu's 9 yr old daughter) that she still remembers and talks about her. There is also adorable large dog ( Windy ) as a pet - Madhu and her daughter accompanied us to Cave temples ( 4 min walk to reach the temple from the property ) and explained so many details / history / traditions of Buddhism. The climb to the temple is around 300 + stairs with Medium/Moderate elevation . During the climb we took photos of beautiful forest and mountains around the area. Rooms are excellent and with top notch conditions / amenities - Madhu , Sanjee are excellent hosts. I/my family would stay here again if we are in dambulla again - Do not miss to book this property during your visit in Dambulla.

Our host was amazing - he helped with everything we needed, from money exchange, giving directions to organizing trips to Sigiriya and a safari. We really are grateful for that! The location is in a green area, away from the noise of main street, yet close enough to walk to it. The room had everything we needed and we even got coffee and tea on our patio. The shower was also good, the whole bathroom looks great. Refillable water station is very handy & useful. Breakfast was superb and our dietary requirements were taken into account. Probably the best breakfast we've had here. If you are staying in Dambulla you can't go wrong staying here!

Kumar is an awesome host. Very helpful and whatever he recommends it's worth it. No overpriced, drivers, activities, etc. The breakfast is a lot better and more versatile than in many 3 or 4 star hotels!!!

It was a great experience in this place. I expected to be only one night in Dambulla, but I felt so confortable in this Villa hat finally I decided stay tree nights and move from here to visit Sirigiya and National Park to see elephants and came back. Also you have bus from here to many other places, like Anuradapura and Trincomalee. Ishara and Madusanka, the people who work in the hotel, were very, very nice, they help me with anything I could need, so kindness people, always with a smile in their faces. They mantein the place very, very clean, spotless. If they don't have something you need they try to help with all their possibilities. Wonderful experience here. Thank you

We just loved everything about it! Such hostility and friendliness. We enjoyed the tasty and affordable food, he is a save driver who always stoped to show us something worth seeing. Even when we went out in the city or to a Tempel on our own he always has a good advice on dresscode, direction and how to save money. We took a beautiful trip to a temple at sunset with him and we got to know his excitement and love for his city, land and religion. Thx you so much for sharing that with us und inviting us in.
