I think we were very lucky to find this wonderful place. The hosts welcomed us very warmly with sincere smiles. They also showed interest in our homeland Bulgaria, which is a great pleasure and honor for us. They did everything possible to make us feel good and cozy. In the morning Palitha took us with his tuk tuk to the New bus station and after finding out that the bus we wanted to catch had left, he took us to the Old bus station of the city. He found the right bus and only after making sure that everything was okay, he said goodbye to us. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts: Elena and Ralitsa from Bulgaria.. P.S. When you write the name of the place on Google maps it shows a wrong building nearby. The house is on the side of the lake, or you can ask one of the neighbours for directions. Overall the location is perfect.

The rooms are so clean, with large and very comfortable beds. We had a balcony, good air con and a really good, clean bathroom. We ate at the restaurant there - owner is a good cook and prices were very good. Breakfast is delicious, served in the garden. The owners are very helpful and their place is well run and lacking nothing. Would definitely stay again if we could.

It's the best place to stay at Anuradhapura! It's so peaceful and the family is so kind. Best food and always very helpful. You can just spend the whole day at the little pond observing over 25 bird species or ride with the bicycle to the historic sites or walk to the nerby lake for sunset. I even stayed a day longer. The owners just bild a new guestroom which has the most wonderful view where you don't want to leave the bed.
