Our hostess was lovely! It was very easy to communicate with her and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. The Villa was charming and our room was great--especially the views of the lake. The table and chairs outside were wonderful to enjoy a glass of wine and the views. The location was perfect --we could easily walk to restaurants and it was so convenient to the ferry to take day trips to Menagio or Bellagio. I would recommend this Villa if you want to experience old world Italian charm.

This beautiful property is located literally a few steps from Varenna's historical town square and is so convenient to go anywhere. Varenna's two landmark villas and famous lakeside promenade are only a couple of minutes walk from this property and the ferry terminal is just 10 minutes walk along the gorgeous promenade. We stayed in the Blue Room and absolutely loved it. Everything (bed, furniture, TV, shower, toilet, etc.) Is brand-new and the room is so beautifully decorated, airy, and very chic. The room is also so squeaky clean, which is important during the pandemic, and we loved the high ceiling, which made the room feel even larger. Special thanks goes to Diana, who owns this property. She is so kind. She took care of us well and made our stay in Varenna extra special. If we can return to Varenna again, we will go back to Diana's property in a heartbeat. Grazie mille, Diana!!!

I dont think you can find a better property for the price! location: espectacular! self check-in instructions: super easy to follow! hosts and cleanliness: just WOW! We really could not have found something better. I hope to be back soon!

WhatsAppで部屋の入り方、荷物を預ける方法など適切に案内いただいた。思ったより鉄道駅まで距離があったので、タクシーをお願いしたのですが、ハイシーズンでホテルも多い中、予約できるタクシーを探して頂いた。

Great location (very close tot he train station and downtown) and good instructions for the self check in. Refrigerator, kettle, water and coffee was provided.

Great location, booked the room with lake view that was amazing waking up to every day. The guest house was equipped with everything needed from fridge, wine opener and a coffee machine. The property manager responded quickly to any questions I had and very helpful

Bellagio Peecallo Guesthouse was perfect for our stay. The central location to the main pedestrian area of Bellagio and ferry was fabulous.
