Where to start! Everything we wanted & plenty plenty more in a stay in Tuscia. The host Viviana was amazing, very attentive & genuinely caring & loving. By far one of the best property in our 3 week trip. The unit was very clean, very well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was impeccable. Everything you needed and more was available & provided. The breakfast was over the board excellent & very rich! The animals in the farm was an absolute joy to watch & connect with. The property was landscaped & well maintained. The fly net was a good indicator of the level of attention & care. Very beautifully arranged & detail oriented bedroom kitchen & living area. Was absolutely a wonderful experience to be hosted in such a beautiful place.

Everything - location, apartment itself, wish we had stay there one more night. Just a small nuance - there were excellent kitchen except there were lack of pots and frying pans - just one small boiling pot, but we manage to prepare spagetti and eggs 🙂

Extremely beautiful rustic house in the embrace of nature, with beautiful views of the neighboring places. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. Appreciate Philippe's introduction and helpful tips regarding the main attractions to see in the nearby surroundings. Perfect location for daily trips to nearby towns of Montepulciano and Pienza.

The room was spacious and impeccable, very recently renovated respecting the history, age and style of the building! Outstanding countryside view. Breakfast included in price was offered in a very good cafe. Good location I side city walls and next to interesting restaurants and cafes.

This was one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at! Clean and extremely comfortable room, fragrant bed and bath linen, the staff are extremely attentive, the breakfast is DIVINE (cold meats and freshly cut fruits, delicious cornetto, quality coffee, everything wonderful). The hotel is outside the no-parking zone, but very close to the entrance, which makes it easier for those with a car! I just have to thank you for your attention and incredible stay! I highly recommend this accommodation in Montepulciano!
