We enjoyed the super friendly service from Paola and husband. We were made to feel really at home. The room was wonderful and quiet. The hotel location is great for the city center and the station for the Bernina Express. We will be recommending Dimora to our friends and family.

Perfect apartment, very comfortable, clean and modern. The bed is spotless, I slept better than ever 😃 Very nice and helpful owner. It was also a variety of fresh and tasty snacks for us. 5 minutes walk from the train station. We absolutely recommend!

Suverent vertskap. Rommet for oss 4 var stort, så overraskende bra bad, og uterom som virkelig var overraskende positivt. Flere terrasser i flere nivå var tilgjengelig for å sitte alene, eller på en større plass hvor man kunne sitte med flere. Personalet var tilgjengelig med bestillinger for kaffe eller drinker stort sett alltid. Svært kort veg til et kjempekoselig sentrum, 5 minutters gange til restauranter og butikker. Vi likte oss kjempegodt, anbefaler denne plassen virkelig! Frokosten var helt innenfor, nederst i komplekset i et herlig avkjølt hvitkalket rom med buede vegger og hjemmekoselig atmosfære.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the hotel is located close to the centre. It was possible to leave the luggage before the check in and after the check out, which in our case was very important.

Great stay, very romantic, I was with my mother so that was less romantic! We wanted to stay in Stazzona as it was where our family originally came from and it was convenient for our family history research. Francesco met us at the front and was very lovely as we arrived very early so he showed me around and took our bags and my mother and I were going to look for the old family home. We thought everyone had moved away but when I mentioned the family name he knew exactly who we were talking about and gave us directions to the house. He took our bags upstairs for us while we were out (they are VERY heavy!). He gave us information about the area, a taxi drivers’ name and number and said to contact him first if we needed to go into the town and he may be able to take us if he was available. We did use the taxi driver, and he was great also, even picking us up very late after he had finished work. The room was very spacious and beautifully set out, clean, had an electric jug and coffee maker as well as teas and coffee pods etc. The bed, sheets and towels were soft and clean and there was bottled water left on the fridge for us as well. There was also a little book on the coffee table with some details of the family businesses which was a really nice touch. Francesco was around when we needed anything or replied straight away on booking.com messages but was not intrusive. We had amazing views out of the windows and there was a great breeze going through the room. It’s a lovely area and really nice to walk around, there are a number of drinking fountains in the area that have the best drinking water and very cold. Even without the family connection, it’s a beautiful place to stay and relax, it was very peaceful!
