Everything! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was clean with a powerful shower, the bath was amazing! There were lots of extra thoughtful touches too like coffee pods and dolce. The children loved the upstairs beds too! Location was perfect too and next to a fabulous restaurant- Il Bacio - where we ate one evening.

We came for a race weekend at the Misano race circuit, and the location couldn’t have been better. 15-minute drive to the circuit with secure free parking available at the property. Mimmo was the nicest, most accommodating host ever. The place was clean and modern, had AC, towels, and cold water, and felt like a hotel. It exceeded our expectations by far.
