The room was clean, modern and comfortable to stay for both vacation and work. There's a free public parking behind the building. I liked also shared kitchen and breakfast.

Everything was fenomenal! The host is so helpful and nice. Check in was super smooth. The room is exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The neighborhood is cool, safe and nice. The street has a few markets, restaurants and bars. Property is also walking distance from the city center. Parking is available nearby (public garage or in the street).

Super clean. Probably cleaner than most of the 5 star hotel. Above and beyond services. Daily housekeeping, not like other BnB. This is more like a 4-5 start hotel housekeeping services. Locating walking distance to the university hospital. Secure gated garage. Modern clean cut design. Rare find bnb especially at Sassari.

The apartment is spacious and meticulously decorated, with a lovely balcony that overlooks the city. Atmosphere is very cosy and feels like home. It is also at close proximity to shops and the town centre - we got everywhere we needed to easily on foot and it was also safe to travel back to late at night (we walked all the way back from the stadium after a concert and even managed to grab a late-night panino from the bar right downstairs). There was a wide selection of hot beverages and home-made pastries readily available as part of the breakfast selection, which we also enjoyed. Vittorio was a lovely host and very kind! All in all a lovely experience at a very affordable price, would definitely stay again if we return. P.S. The elevators in the building are not meant for the claustrophobic for sure - but then again there are stairs :)
