I had a great time staying at Azienda Agricola Mappavel's. Sara and her husband looked after me very well, giving me a warm welcome on a cold February night. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, including delicious cake home baked by Sara. I enjoyed a lovely conversation with Sara, who speaks some English in the morning and she was helpful with recommendations. Sara and her husband's warm welcome continued when I went on to stay at a house in the village, as they run a very popular cafe/bar, and also sell their own delicious beer. They were always welcoming to me, very important for a woman travelling alone. I am very fussy with how my coffee is served and they always served that perfectly! The village where the B&B is at the heart of - Castel del Monte - is a very friendly and beautiful village in a stunning area - I will definitely return!

My partner and I had a great time at Destasù. The host was very welcoming and available as he helped us a lot with suggestions and recommendations for activities and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and well equipped, the breakfast delicious and the wellness area very nice. Highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy the beauties of Abruzzo!

This accommodation, Le Civette, was a beautiful experience. The rooms are highly comfortable, clean, safe and well positioned in the town. Free parking was close and a breakfast with a variety of choices was included. We also went to the associated restaurant and enjoyed excellent food and a bottle of wine. The two hosts are gorgeous and we enjoyed an authentic Italian experience. We will rave about it to all and hope to come back again, particularly to hike the Corno Grande. In this beautiful town you will be privileged to see real life without hoards of tourists (should season - April).
