The property was quite walkable from the ferry terminal (15 min while wheeling a large duffle and carrying a backpack). The location was 5 min from a gorgeous beach and less to the main square. 10 minutes to the bus station. Simone met us outside the property, gave us a full orientation, and provided additional info via WhatsApp when we had more questions. He was also very responsive to our questions following our booking and prior to our stay. Finally some prior reviews reference a charge for linen and towels but they were included as part of our stay.

Mimma del Mar is truly exceptional place to spend your holidays! We’ve been guests of Barbara and Andrea for a week (7 nights) and they made us feel home like we would be a part of the family. We’ve stayed in a room with a little terrace that has an amazing view of sunset. Everyday we’ve been asked if we need anything and Barbara was attentive to every single detail. We had a full fridge of things for breakfast such as fruit, yogurts, brioche, biscuits, juice, coffee and tea. There is also a coffe maker and mocha in the room which we loved! We had breakfast at the patio every morning. The house is a gem and very beautifully decorated. The whole coral blu theme of the room and patio is stunning and we loved it! The villa has superb position just 5 minutes walk from the Santa Reparata beach and there are other amazing beaches around in Capo Testa 15 minutes away by car. Thank you Andrea and Barbara for making our stay in Sardegna beautiful!!! We will definitely be back soon ☺️

Cristina is a lovely hostess and everything was exceptional. Our room was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and perfectly clean. We do not speak any Italian and Cristina has very little English but with her cellphone translation app we communicated easily. She went above and beyond to help us arrange a boat trip to La Maddalena Islands, one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast she offers includes hard boiled eggs, breads and pastries, cereal, yogurt and more. If Booking.com allowed it we would give Villa Cristina a 10+ rating!
