Primetta and Mauro are the loveliest people who gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. Mauro provided us with guidebooks and gave us some tips on where to visit. The room was perfect and also the location. We felt very safe during our stay. They also gave us a small(actually big) parting gift.

I loved everything about this location! you are in a tower right in the middle of the town and get to see one of the taller towers right from your window. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen utensils so you can make your own meals but it is very well located if you just want to go downstairs and get something to eat from a restaurant or shop. They even had a washer so you can do laundry. The host was super friendly and helpful.

The location is so central inside the city walls. That all 3 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms which are all furnished well and beds comfortable. The bedroom on 1st floor is a French bed (between sgl and dble) so would struggle with 2 larger adults. The car park P4 is only around 5 mins walk from the house. There is a garage that belongs to the house located underneath P4. Lots of cafe's, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. A few minutes walk up the hill from the house is a lovely park area with stunning views over San Gimignano and surrounding Tuscan countryside. Can also do wine tasting up there sitting on a terrace taking in the view Would definitely stay there again

Namestitev v centru mesta je hitro dostopna s parkirišča Bagnaia. Lastnik in lastnica govorita žal le skromno angleščino, kar je za osnovno sporazumevanje sicer dovolj. Sta pa zelo prijazna.

Location is great . A good place for a sleep with self check in and self check out. Friendly communication via Chats but no in person experience. Thankful for water and coffee facilities.
