We were on the roadtrip across Italy and this was the best stay we had. The rooms are beautiful, new, clean, everything you need it’s there, also kitchen in common area is well equipped. Parking in front of the building. Daniela was so kind, the check in was extremely smooth, she helped us how to get into city center etc. We received also small gift. Do yourself a favor and booked this casa :)

Each dish, carefully crafted by the talented owners, showcased the region's rich culinary heritage and the dedication to using fresh, local ingredients including olives sourced from the property's own olive groves. Beyond the exquisite cuisine, we were equally impressed by the impeccable facilities at Affittacamere Il Picchio. Every detail, from the charming outdoor patios to the meticulously clean rooms, reflected the hard work and attention to detail that Elisabetta and Roberto put into creating a memorable experience for their guests.

Super comfortable and clean! 30 min by bus to the historical centre of Perugia. The bus stop is literally in front of the house - which is great. The best of everything are the owners who are really helpful and lovely.
