This is an exceptional place : the wonderful experience started when the owner's son met me on the road and piloted me to the right place to park in front of the property. Then, I LOVED the privacy and the quiet of the location. The fridge was stocked to overflowing with goodies to eat and drink, including fresh fruit; and there were TONS of Italiany things to eat for breakfast and a great coffee machine with many coffee capsules. So generous!! The view from the front door is superb, and I loved the spiritual nature of the place, right alongside a XVI Century church. I walked from the front door to Orte with my dog (despite being advised to drive) and it took 12 minutes : it's an adventurous walk, mind! The wifi is good (a little shaky at times); there is bags of hot water. The accommodation is spacious and thoroughly to be recommended.
