Excellent location. Area offers plenty of opportunities to eat, to see, to visit ... everything was reachable within minutes - walking distance. Staff was 101% nice, helpful, responsive. Breakfast (that was included) was out of this world.

The location is very central that we could walk to all major sightseeing places including the train station. So many great restaurants near by! The apartment looks exactly the same from the advertised pictures. Communication with the host is easy & prompt. Self check in & out are easy. The apt is newly renovated, nicely decorated & very comfortable with a functional balcony. It’s spotlessly clean. Coffee, tea, olive oil & water are all a nice touch and convenient to have. Room service even being provided on our second day there. My husband & I love the place.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived after midnight. Our check in was done remotely and got a kind reception even though we were so late. In the morning we gave our details to Giusy who was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this place. Comfortable and spotless.

I traveled with my dad. The property is newly renovated and extremely clean and energy efficient. We loved everything about it! We arrived a little earlier and Alfonso offered us an earlier check-in. The host always answered all our questions immediately and even offered advice on restaurants. The apartment is located very centrally, just a few meters from Politeama Square (from here you can take a direct bus to the airport). We stayed in a double room and had a typical Italian balcony - very cool! The shower was great too, the water pressure is perfect! We will come back for sure to this place when back in Palermo!
