Simple but clean and comfortable. We had an incredible view of the water from our room. Bed was super comfortable. Quiet location away from all the noise of the tourist but still close to all one wants to see in Venice

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful apartment in Venice. The hosts were very helpful and without us even asking gave us detailed instructions on how best to get to the apartment from the airport including which boat to get and where to stop etc. which was hugely appreciated. They checked in with us on the second day to see if there was anything else they could do. It is located perfectly, in a quiet area but still close enough to the main area in the city. The apartment it itself is just beautiful. Very spacious, clean and modern with aircon and WiFi. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommended to any our friends wanting to stay in Venice.

房間有很多燈很亮有個漂亮的露台，䁔氣很棒適合冬天來威尼斯，請注意當你打開窗戶溫氣會停止運作，我們退房前一天才知道這個問題

Good location near San Marco, best accessed via water if you come from the airport. The room was enough for two days. Clean private bathroom, spacey room and clean bed, little kitchen area with refrigerator, coffee machine and microwave. I was always in touch with the owner who gave me super clear instructions.

这家住宿的位置在居民区内，或者说本身就是当地的居民楼。因此十分安静，不会被打扰。房间本身的装修和布置不像是酒店，反而就和家一样。用房东Alex先生的话来说就是我希望给住户们提供家的感觉，而不是传统酒店那种像医院一样的严肃，冷漠的环境。 Alex本人是我旅行遇到所有房东中最和蔼可亲，幽默风趣的一位。 得注意一点，住宿本身没有前台（因为是居民楼）。所以提前跟Alex预约时间，到地儿了得按门铃或者给他打电话。

The room was big and very cosy and the location was close to city center and all the things that are important to visit. The building itself was perfect, we had the opportunity to be checked there just in time an art gallery took places. Even though we shared a bathroom we never have to wait for our turn and also the staff cleaned it every day.
