Lobe the facility, the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The host was very very helpful. He met us when we arrived and saved a space for us to temporarily park our car. We moved the car the later to a free parking lot nearby, a place he directed us. He was available to answer our questions and responded within a minute or two. It was as if he was right next to you helping you. There are fruit stores and grocery stores nearby. The courtyard in front was charming. the seafood restaurant nearby has excellent food - best breadsticks ever ! When I return, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Felszabadult egy jobb szoba annál, mint amit eredetileg foglaltunk, és a szállásadó felkínálta nekünk a cserét - azonos áron. A terasz ebben a szobában igen menő volt. Valamint klassz volt, hogy az előtérben ki voltak rakva a kis helyi éttermek, látványosságok stb. reklámanyagai. Mindegyik magas színvonalú volt, egyikben sem kellett csalódnunk.

Location is wonderful as it is one of the few properties in this street which is only used by persons accessing this property. It is also mainly surrounded by fields and therefore very quiet. You can enjoy the beautiful morning on the patio while listening to the birds and enjoying the calming greenery all around you. If you travel with your vehicle, you can park in the property just outside your room which was such a bonus.

The interior, mainly kittchen and bathroom. Got only cold water for a shower when I departed early. The Walking distance to to town IS about half an hour. But I liked my stay a Lot.

Very beautiful location quite and silent, well connected and the freedom in terms of timing. Aldo and Anna very nice people, sweet and caring for the guest and always at your disposal. We really enjoy the stay!

Perfect! Room was very clean and looked good. Access to the kitchen is great, big thumb up for coffee machine. Keep in mind that it's Modica centrum, so at evening there are traffic jams.
