Lobe the facility, the location was perfect for what we needed to do. The host was very very helpful. He met us when we arrived and saved a space for us to temporarily park our car. We moved the car the later to a free parking lot nearby, a place he directed us. He was available to answer our questions and responded within a minute or two. It was as if he was right next to you helping you. There are fruit stores and grocery stores nearby. The courtyard in front was charming. the seafood restaurant nearby has excellent food - best breadsticks ever ! When I return, I would definitely want to stay here again.

Beautiful property. Located perfectly in the heart of historic Modica. Go down to the Concurso to shop and eat. Go up to the Castle and sites. The veranda overlooks the downtown. Grab a bottle of wine and sit there in the evening.

Location is wonderful as it is one of the few properties in this street which is only used by persons accessing this property. It is also mainly surrounded by fields and therefore very quiet. You can enjoy the beautiful morning on the patio while listening to the birds and enjoying the calming greenery all around you. If you travel with your vehicle, you can park in the property just outside your room which was such a bonus.

The structure is recovered from an old farm, turned into a high level accommodation, while preserving the genuine details with precision and style. The rooms have the original stone pavement, all decorative details are perfectly matching the atmosphere. The garden is indeed an oasis of colors and perfumes in the middle of the hot Modican landscape. Plants chosen with care, perfectly maintained; beautiful ceramic details placed here and there in the garden, a new pool perfectly integrated in the landscape. Every morning we could enjoy a plate of fresh pastries and a plate of fresh fruits kindly offered by the owner. The owner was always very kind and providing a lot of useful guidance for our daily trips. Our second week of holidays spent in a resort on the beach fades by far in front of the wonderful week spent in this structure. Structure is very clean on the indoor and outdoor parts and completely children friendly.
