Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked great. Coffee available in downstairs kitchen and a refrigerator to keep food cold if you wanted. Love Lazise and Casa Oreste is easy walking around town and to restaurants and shopping.

We liked everything about our stay; the room was very clean and very quiet, and our beds were done every morning! Breakfast was fresh and abundant with a good choice of items. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside in the shade of the trees while our sons played with the owner's dogs who were very friendly. The owner was also very helpful as he suggested places to visit and how best to get there, and he also kindly offered to give us a lift to the bus station at the end of our stay. We will be back for sure!

this owner-run hotel is absolutely wonderful. our host always took care of all of our questions and requests. the check in went smoothly. the room had everything we needed and even a private access to the terrace on which we could have our small breakfast.
