1. great location, not far from the harbour and close to the train station; 2. room was spacious, with all the needed facilities, inc kettle and it was cleaned daily; 3. breakfast coupon is to be used in the cest bon cafeteria next to the station - croissnt, coffee and orange juice are included; 4. host was super friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect, the owner is a very nice and decent lady, easy to communicate with, the room service lady as well was very nice and cheerful, the location is perfect “4 mins away from La Spezia Central Station”. The room fits everything, the A.C and the T.V were brand new and Smart.

I recently stayed at an 3L Luxury in La Spezia, Italy, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The host, who was incredibly supportive, helpful, and quick to respond, made my stay truly memorable. Not only was she efficient in addressing any queries or concerns, but her warm and friendly demeanor added an extra charm to the whole experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all the amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. It's convenient location made it easy to explore the beautiful city of La Spezia and Cinque Terre and its surroundings. What truly stood out for me was the host's exceptional hospitality. Her genuine care and attentiveness towards her guests are what set her apart. I have traveled to many places, but this was the first time I encountered such a fantastic host. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting La Spezia. Not only will you have a great place to stay, but you will also have the pleasure of interacting with an amazing host who goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. Very nice apartment! Newly renovated and very fresh, clean. Esmeralda, the host, is nice and super friendly!!! The location was also very good, lower than 10 min walk to La Spezia train station. Very easy to get to Cinque Terre. A grocery store was very nearby. Everything was excellent!

The apartment is beyond expectations and very clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is just amazing. Also the staff was very kind and helpful!

Great place to stay, easy access to town and train station. The owners offer shuttle service and really went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They offered free water and juice as well as coffee. They picked up pastry's for breakfast. On our last day we wanted to go exploring and they let us leave our luggage at the hotel for free and even brought our luggage to the train station at no charge (we tried paying and tipping which was refused). the property is nice and comfortable with places to sit, relax and enjoy the views. Property was well maintained and had parking if you drove.
