We had an amazing stay at La Casetta sul Mare and would happily come back. The room was very comfortable with a luxurious bathroom and a big balcony with sea view. It is also conveniently located close to the train station that brings you to Palermo Centrale (although the town in itself is very cute!). Salvatore is an exceptional host who's been very kind and welcoming from day one. He gave us many recommendations on where to go and where to eat in Palermo as well as in Isola delle Femmine and is always ready to help. We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday.

It has all the things you need for a stay, own private bathroom, balcony with sea view, fridge, coffee maker and so on and although the owners live in the same building you have 100% privacy and the luxury of being in contact with them if everything is needed. 400m from the train station and then in 30 minutes I’m central Palermo, this if you don’t want to try the local beach which is stunning. a lot of shops and restaurants are there since it is in the very center and you will be woken up by the smell of freshly baked breads from the bakery next door.

We really liked our stay there. Its in walking distance to the beach. And the owner even gave us keys to two bikes we could use if we wanted. We took a short trip on the bikes following the promenade, like 7 km in total, and the coastline there is beautyful. We were suprised about how much room we had, our room was big with a good kitchen, and the outside space that was ours to use privatly was huge, with 2 tables and some very nice chairs.

It's a few meters away, from a gorgeous, crystalline beach. The owner Tony and his Mom are the kindest people. The day that we arrived, it was poring rain and Tony came to pick us up at the train station. The place is super clean. Rooms are beautiful and comfy. Their big terrace has the most spectacular view of the mountains and beach.
