Fantastic host: Salvatore was there to greet us the moment we arrived, was available throughout for questions concerns etc Facilities: clean, functional, everything we needed for a week stay plus fresh linens after three days Location: Isola delle Femmine was a great hub easy to access the western part of sicily and very close to the airport as well as Palermo without the hustle and bustle.

Very accommodating. Nice balcony patio. There is a view of the island of the women (Isolo Delle Femmina) and the sea. A peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Close to the beach. This home is much more relaxing than Palermo. Picture below was not the bathroom (banyo). The host, Danilo, and his parents, treated me very well.

It has all the things you need for a stay, own private bathroom, balcony with sea view, fridge, coffee maker and so on and although the owners live in the same building you have 100% privacy and the luxury of being in contact with them if everything is needed. 400m from the train station and then in 30 minutes I’m central Palermo, this if you don’t want to try the local beach which is stunning. a lot of shops and restaurants are there since it is in the very center and you will be woken up by the smell of freshly baked breads from the bakery next door.

We really liked our stay there. Its in walking distance to the beach. And the owner even gave us keys to two bikes we could use if we wanted. We took a short trip on the bikes following the promenade, like 7 km in total, and the coastline there is beautyful. We were suprised about how much room we had, our room was big with a good kitchen, and the outside space that was ours to use privatly was huge, with 2 tables and some very nice chairs.

We have rented 1 room from the apartment (there are 2 more plus common area with kitchen and a balcony). Looking at the photos I had some doubts if this arrangement will assure enought privacy and silence but when we got to on spot it turned out that my worries were unnecessary. The whole apartment is quite big, doors and walls are solid, the room had a private bathroom. Our room was spacious, very cozy and clean. Apartment is equipped with everything you may need during your stay (dishes, coffee machine, toster, microvawe, hairdryer in the bathroom, etc). Bed is extremly comfortable. Location is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to stay in a big city, but still to have an access to shops, cafeterias and restaurants. There were parking spots available in front of the building. Isola delle Femmine turned out to be lovely small city with really charming port. It’s a great starting point to see the attractions in the area (and is also very close to the airport). Tony was very nice, quickly responded to all our queries and welcomed us warmely despite very late arrival.

The property was located close to the beach. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable but the twin beds were really uncomfortable.
