Communication with the host, Grazie, was excellent and we received detailed instructions on how to access the room. The room was very clean and comfortable and the facilities in the communal area are superb (and free!). In the morning Grazie arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport.

Access was easy and very well explained by the follow up email received after booking, even a 10 year old cannot go wrong with it.
