Excellent. Very comfortable, clean, excellent location. Very friendly and hospitable host who communicated via WhatsApp before I arrived to ensure I had all the information I needed. Tea, coffee and modest breakfast provided. I had a room upgrade from the singe room I'd booked which wad also a nice surprise.

This place is incredible. Dont hesitate to book. The entire apartment is large, comfy, airy and sparkling clean with many awesome extras like a dishwasher and aircon, Tvs etc The 2 bedrooms are very large with great cupboard space. The location is brilliant. A quick 3min walk to the station and or a 1 minute walk to the beautiful town of Foligno. this is the perfect place, to make your home whilst making day trips around Italy.
