We had such a beautiful stay here. Staff were amazing provided is with some amazing recommendations for dinner and breakfast. We had free cocktail at happy hour and then went off to dinner. Room was beautiful, clean and quiet. We only had an overnight stay in Florence so look forward to staying again.

Everything was great. We got in at night after reception was closed but the host sent over detailed instructions for self check in and was available over WhatsApp. Throughout our stay, she helped us call taxis as the old town area is a restricted car zone so getting a taxi on the street is very difficult. She remained available over WhatsApp at all times of day, and even helped us take a delivery from a shop and had the bag delivered to our room. Our room was really spacious for Florence standards, and we liked the heated towel rack in the bathroom. There were plenty of outlets in the room which is a huge bonus.

Everything it was perfect.,the room the views, the staff, We had been in "superior" hotels, without so many details (tea, coffe, Iron, umbrella,free water bottles..maps, very good restaurant's recomendation..etc..

L'hotel té un encant especial. Amb vistes als camps de la Toscana, enmig de la natura. Un lloc tranquil, romàntic, amb aparcament gratuït i privat, net, còmode, personal molt amable, esmorzar molt complet amb vistes al jardins, ben comunicat. No ens va fer falta el cotxe per anar a Florència, sinó que vam deixar-lo aparcat de forma gratuïta al poble de Galluzo (a 2 min en cotxe de l'hotel) i hi havia 3 autobusos que ens deixaven al centre de la ciutat. Vam estar molt a gust. Si hi tornem, repetirem sense dubte.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in, it was so nicely decorated and everything was new and the location couldn’t be better right in the heart of Florence. The staff were lovely and we communicated via WhatsApp. The cleaning lady was sweet too and the coffee/ tea and biscuit bar was a nice addition in the hallway.

Great location in close proximity to all main attractions but located in a quiet street. It was easy and quick to walk everywhere. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The interior design is very pretty and you will instantly love the place as soon as you enter. There is a shared kitchen and breakfast is prepared for you each morning. There is a lovely little courtyard where you can eat it. We had such a wonderful experience and recommend this place highly! So happy we chose to stay here and if we return to Florence, we will stay here again :)
