The apartment is airy and roomy, everything is new. We took the seaside view apartment which has a slightly bigger kitchen than the Vesuvius view. The bathroom is new and big, with shower, bath, toilet and bidet. Both bedrooms are huge and fitted with aircons and large flat screen TVs, kitchen has all appliances you can think of: coffee maker, toaster, juicer, some sort of food processor, induction hob, fridge, freezer, kettle. I also found hairdryer and iron in the dresser drawer in the bedroom. The views are spectacular. The neighbours were very quiet, it looked like everybody in the apartment block and in the neighbourhood went to bed at 10 pm at night, even on Saturday night when Naples football team won. Some villas across the road were shut so it may be livelier in high season, we stayed in mid October. It looked like most of the apartments were occupied judging by the washing hanging from various balconies in the apartment block. The only noise was from the traffic from nearby road but closed windows cut it off completely. Herculaneum is visible from the roof terrace if you know where to look, spectacular views of the bay of Naples

Salvatore was a great host who went above expectations and even did me a big personal favor. The room is modern and spacious and most importantly has a good AC. Less than 2 min walk to the ruins.

The apartment was beautiful Immaculately clean, new hotel I don’t have a single complaint, everything was perfect. Nice seating area outside, all accessories needed for your stay. The owners were amazing and so helpful, I rented a car and had problems with the car the owner guilio went out of his way to help me sort it, they helped me in every way possible and were very quick to respond to my messages and recommended places to eat etc Hotel central and located close to train station making it easy to get around. Luxurious hotel Thank you to the owners who made my stay amazing I will miss you all

The Guesthouse is close to the city center, bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. It's clean and well equipped.

Super nice host . Very kind and with a lot of energy. Also recomend a private parking lot for a small fee which is super convinient in Naples!

Excellent location situated minutes downhill from train station and short, short distance to the entrance to the archaeological site. Very clean newly painted room and bathroom remodel, good AC, super nice host. Close to variety of eating options, fruit store around the corner.Enjoyed Ciro’s driftwood creations around the room.Thank you, Giancarlo!

Spacious room, nicely appointed, large and comfortable bed, beautiful view of the bay of Naples. Giuliano was easy to reach, friendly, and accomodating. If you are visiting the ruins, it’s nice to spend the night since sometimes you can visit the parco archeologico at night. I highly recommend this lodging.
