the place is a nice stay. We arrived there during the floods of May 2023, and stayed for a couple of days. We asked the host to wait for us in Bologna train station, since we miss the last connection (because of the floods). the host was nice and helped us, of course, not for free

Before arrival, the communication was smooth and quick, which is always a great comfort when traveling alone. The host gave me a very warm welcome when I arrived and the apartment was very clean which everything in there you might need. The location is fabulous with a great view over the valley and close to Bologna to visit the city. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area!

The host were very nice and reactive. They were waiting for us and the checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable and the place clean. I would definitely recommend for a stay in the region.
