Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

The staff were so helpful and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable ans taken care of. The apartment was in a perfect location to access all the sights easily and still be nice and quiet to sleep at night. I appreciated the gluten free pancakes for breakfast - what a treat!

Great staff and attention to any request. The location is perfect for a nice walk at the center as well as fast beach access. Nice restaurants around and the perfect spot for some relaxing time a few minutes away from Desenzano Del Garda.

it was comfortable and quaint and reflected the local Desenzano culture and its own unique way. Anna, our host was very helpful,  carefully explaining how everything worked in the building and our room set up and was a gracious host, even helping provide some restaurant. Suggestions for the evening.

Exactly what I was waiting for, amazing views and sleep with the sound of waves! But it’s in front of a sidewalk where people do morning walkings so sometimes you can hear them. Close to the train station, the center with all stores an restaurants and close to the Porto. Clean and well maintained room.

The apartment was in a great location, a short walk away from the busier areas. Our host was very communicative and gave us some great recommendations, we really enjoyed all of his suggested restaurants and activities! Simple and clean room with air conditioning which we really appreciated. Very reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The host is incredibly friendly and kind. She introduced me to some great local restaurant areas. The location is in a relaxed neighborhood with a local vibe. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.
