The owner and staff of the property have paid attention to the smallest details. Also, decorations were just amazing. Elizabetta and the morning staff made our stay very pleasant. When we walked in, Stefano gave us a warm welcome, and the check in to the room was super swift. When we walked into the room, it had a beautiful view and a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean, they do housekeeping every day. The bathroom has a nice design and was very clean. The entire stay was quiet, relaxing, and homey in general. The location was amazing, it’s only a few steps away from all the restaurants, the lake, bus station, and ferry station, you only need to take a taxi to the train station. Stefano was great in communication, he replies very fast, and he is very helpful and cheerful.

Easy walk to lake/ ferry/ & not far walk to museums. Staff very helpful w/ recommendations & directions. TV has Netflix, etc.

Great location, seven minutes to Old Como. The owners were very welcoming especially silly as we arrived early, easy check in. Recommended lovely local fish restaurant and things to do. Lovely and clean. One night wasn’t long enough.
