Quiet, nice room, with great bathroom and view of a local canal and sunsets. Very clean! Great bathroom and shower. Super air conditioning. Safe, secure parking. Walking distance to grocery and local cafe. Good restaurants close by. Easy access to ferry site for Venice. Super cute pets, dogs and cats. No breakfast, but coffee maker and fridge in room.

I was welcomed with a warm smile and my whole 5 day stay was outstanding. So quiet, clean, close to waterbus. I cycled along the lagune. A small well equipped kitchen as well and a big garden. I visited Venice, Burano ( just 20 min) and relaxed a lot. Hope to be back one day.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom! Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the info center, restaurants, supermarket and the beach! Loved the private parking and the free bike included. Great value Prosecco on tap!!

Very pleasant hosts ( like movie star couple :D ), and staff. I got the family vibe from them. The location is great, just beside the boat station so that you can easily get to the island of Venice or any other island in the Lagoon. One night we walked to the town center, and there was some kind of festival, with a street bazaar. Overall, a great experience. Great breakfast on the terrace beside the lagoon. I haven't had time to try dinner there, but as I saw passing by it looked very nice. The room is very comfortable with a beautiful view. The bathroom is very beautiful and spacious. If I ever come again to the Venice region, I will book this place again.

彩色島的完美住宿！不容錯過的美好體驗❤️ 在面具節間入住，想避開本島的擁擠人潮，享受愜意舒適的水都假期這裡絕對是首選！200年歷史的古蹟老宅，裡面整理的處處是巧思～ 從下船那刻，碼頭邊看到主人親自來接我們，溫暖的擁抱，帶我們走便利的捷徑通往美麗童話屋。抵達住宿忍不住發出驚呼，外觀跟照片一模一樣，推開門進去更是不得了，每個抽屜廚櫃裡都有溫暖的驚喜，主人是用招待朋友的方式在用心經營，準備好吃好喝好用的給我們，住宿的兩個晚上我們都睡得非常好，熱水水壓很強，浴室也有暖氣。二三樓房間有不一樣的美，推開窗戶看出去就是水道，很幸運能夠預訂到，下次一定再訪。

Beautiful and peaceful location. Extremely comfortable bed in a lovely room. Fantastic views from windows. Every room has a fridge and the food for the basic breakfast is left there. The owner is very friendly and helpful, although we never met him. It is self check in. We shall definitely stay here again when coming to Venice. It is a wonderful place to stay.
