Nice view of the city including of Etna! Great central location convenient to bus and metro stops, a nice grocery store, many restaurants and the main shopping area. Good lighting options, excellent responsiveness on WhatsApp, VERY clean and new facilities, sheets, towels, and nice bathroom. I appreciated the TV, desk, comfortable chairs, armoire, and mini-fridge! Also LOVED the keyless entry into the building, the hotel, and the room and not having to carry or figure out a bunch of different keys as I've done at other places in Catania. The hotel itself was nice and quiet. Big windows. Enjoyed the balcony. Appreciated the A/C. They will have a spa soon it seems and that will be so nice!

Loved everything, I had nothing to complain. Salvatore was welcoming, room and toilet were very clean, location was very central. For the rate that we paid, it was worth it. Plus the views of Etna from your balcony, wow! Would definitely come back.

the host Giovanni was very hospitable. He came early to let me put my bags down. whenever I had a question he was quick to answer. it was also interesting to speak with him about his travels. the place was very clean.
