The location is great for access to both Stresa and Lucarno. Cannobio itself is a very nice town with lots of restaurants and we had a great hike along the local river. Enrico is a great host and was willing to help with whatever we needed.

A kind hostess, a great restaurant for dinner right next door, a breakfast bar with a wonderful view - what more could you want. Excellent hiking trails nearby, swimming in the lake. A quick note for future bookers -- without your own transport, access is a bit difficult as Casa Angelino is a few hundred meters up the hillside from Cannobio, so it may take a while to get there on foot.

And it is only a few minute walk to the lake with many restaurants and cafes just steps away. A really terrific place to stay.
