The owner is very friendly and kind - we got a room upgrade & the room was spacious, clean, furbished in a modern way. Owner has provided us with information we needed to get around. There was a fridge & coffee machine, safe in the room. We could enjoy lake & mountain views from the windows and balcony. It is located in a quieter area on the lakeside, but there are restaurant areas quite nearby. Facility has quite a big parking lot. Best breakfast selection during our trip - there were meats, cheeses, jams, pastries selection, gluten free options, almond/rice milk, even a real honeycomb. Regular bicycles /ebikes are available at location, too. Overall, great stay, highly recommended!

Breakfast was lovely, a good choice and very fresh. Pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, cold meats, cheese and fruit juice. Coffee/tea and cappuccinos if requested.

Really felt like being welcomed into an Italian family! The hosts were very friendly, welcoming and offered a welcome drink alongside some lovely snacks. Germo and his wife made sure we had everything we needed and the diner was a feast (they make sure you go to bed with a full belly) and they made it vegetarian on request. Would highly recommend ! Especially for other young couples that wouldn't mind some social interaction :)

What a view , on the edge of a cliff 400m up overlooking lake Garda ! Lots of places to see, from visiting wonderful romantic cities like Limone to hiking ( or bicycle) pristine mountains and valleys nearby, very nice restaurant in the hotel, wonderful mini spa, very nice rooms and comfortable beds, the staff were all great ! Thank you Katia (the owner) for recommending incredible places to visit off the beaten path
