The garden was so quiet and nice. The perfect spot to wind down, read a good book, and get some writing done. This time I travelled alone, and it felt very safe, but I will be back with friends, because it's just a really chill hangout spot and a great place to plan the rest of your trip from. I only stayed for two days, but I can see myself coming back and making a retreat out of it. Also good WiFi, and cozy room, with a great breakfast.

A wonderful countryside between Orvieto and Bolsena and close to Bagnoreggio. The swimming pool was just for us! Marvelous in this enormous heat wave this summer. Gorgeous also to wake up at the birds singing and sleeping with the windows open and the breeze from the pines and the fields…

Good location, close to Orvieto but away from the busyness for the town. Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Superb pool. It’s our second stay and we will go back :-)

Perfect for what we needed. Perfect location and very clean! Host was very communicative and went above and beyond - when we got there it was pretty late and she called a restaurant for us and asked if they could stay open for us. Also appreciated the snacks and coffee for breakfast. The place is also super cute. Also loved having coffee on the balcony.
