🏠 was located near the city centre, it was about 1 km far from the beach. There are plenty shops including big ones near. The place was quiet overall, only there were some constructing works in the next house at the moment every morning, but that's something you can't affect. The accommodation was beautiful and clean. We found kitchen very useful, there is everything you could possibly need. Rosy is such a sweet person and helped us with everything.Overall we were very satisfied with the stay.

You can climb down the rocks to have a “private” beach or walk 2-3 extra minutes to get to the nice public beach with shower and lifeguard. Easy drive to Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and of course Catania. Extremely clean, very spacious apartment. Very nice bathroom, simple kitchenette. Great hosts/neighbors. Quiet but nice walk away from nice cafes and restaurants.

Location of the apartment is very good, no problem with parking on the street, nice and short walk to the beach and the city centre. The apartment itself features a wonderful and big terrace where you can relax. The apartment is nicely decorated, cosy and has a well equipped kitchen. Can definitely recommend!

Avola has lots of fine café and restaurants, and the apartment has a medium sized fridge that makes it easy to store and make breakfast/lunch at home. The hosts were very helpful and always in a good mood. They gave us tips about what to see, where to go, good restaurants, the closest supermercado, etc. They provided us with wine glasses and other small requests without expenses, truly a helpful couple!SusanneYoung couple
