A perfect stay. Great communication from the host and simple checkin. Lots of info left in the apartment on local eateries, shops and gelatarias. The apartment itself is reached by climbing a narrow set of stairs to the first level where you find the kitchen/dining and separate lounge area. The windows open over an amazingly historical street. Up another flight and you find the bedroom and shower/bathroom. And if you need it, up a further flight is another bedroom and terrace/reading area. Quality throughout, very well appointed kitchen, great bed and the best location. Close to the action but pretty quiet as well. We rate this as up there with our best stays.

Casa Il Ceppo is a beautiful old house that has been modernised to allow people to stay in perfect comfort. It has a gated entrance, so your car is safely parked outside with no need for concern.

The location is central, the room is spacious and very clean. The host also showed a lot of flexibility in check in time.

Emilia was very kind and accommodating. The room was very nice with a large balcony where we could sit and eat our meals...we had a wonderful stay for one week...

A small but charmingly and thoughtfully furnished apartment. A couple of cute miniature solutions, such as a small but efficient electric heater in the bathroom. Very comfortable beds (normal size), fully equipped kitchen + tea, coffee, biscuits, mineral water. Bedroom window overlooking the Church of the Most Holy Annunciation. Automatic and easy check-in. In general, very clean (except one thing mentioned in section below). A great place to stay.

Exceptional apartment. Perfectly clean, comfortable, welcoming hosts. Location close to the Cathedral, we walked through the park and visited by the way the Fortezza Medicea - worth efforts!
