The spectacular location and kindness of the hosts, who did everything they could to make us feel as welcome as possible. From giving us a lift from/to the station, to ordering excellent pizza for us. We thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to visit this area with its stunning scenery and great food.

Very nice rooms and good location in the city centre. Cleaning service staff met in the morning was so happy to welcome us it brighten our day.

Everything about this property is perfect. The attention to detail is second to none. Owned & run by a truly caring & conscientious family. Nothing was too much trouble. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Rooms are all very private & carefully planned out. The first thing to strike me was the wonderful scent in the room, a reed room scenter & a plug-in. Bed linen was outstanding; high quality cotton, silk too. Beds & pillows super comfortable. Lightning & fixtures; beautiful. Plenty of room. Matching, quality coat hangers in wardrobe. Great sized bathroom, beautifully thought out. Powerful shower. Quality towels. Breakfast (included) was wonderful; homemade jams, plenty of homemade cakes & pastries. Home produced hams too. Everything beautifully set out. Swimming pool is great size with plenty of matching sun loungers & umbrellas around. Pool towels are provided. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. We sat outside most evenings, enjoying snacks or pizza & Prosecco (not provided at hotel) The views are absolutely stunning. Because of this, be mindful that a car is essential to get anywhere, you’re amongst the mountains here!

Massimo and his family are very nice and welcoming people. They received us with a big smile and a coffee, the communication was great before arrival, and the room was perfect for a good night of sleep between beach days :) The common areas outside the rooms are very nice and calm, a patio where Massimo serves breakfast (light, but delicious!!!). The location is good, although you definitely need a car :) Comfy bed, AC, good shower, a terrace.. All you need and more. Thank you for having us

Breakfast was really good, Jessica adapted the regular italian breakfast to a more suitable for a hungry swede :) Jessica and her parents are the most hospitable hosts. Friendly, happy and kind, very helpful, more than anyone could ever expect. The room we rented, with shower and wc was really nice, always superclean. I strongly recommend Petranova. There is no better host than Jessica.

We were very satisfied and happy with the hospitality and help from the host, cleanliness of the room, interior and basically everything else. Room was very good, bed comfortable, all the basic necessities were provided. 100% recommend to stay here.

We had a double room with separate bathroom but we were the only guests so has the place to ourselves. Luca and Rosa are wonderful hosts and we loved having breakfast on the beach each morning. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we had a very relaxing time.
