the room was great and spacious. we got our own set of keys and Stephano was there to greet us (he only speaks Italian) the room was clean and there was a rooftop balcony where you can sit out and eat. mini fridge, and good bathroom with towels, room on the top floor all to ourself and we had a key to lock the room.

Breakfast was not included. The Common Area, Bathroom, Bedroom, Sheets and Towels were clean. Patrizia was very responsive and helped us get a taxi out early the next morning to go back to the airport we had been stranded at the day before. She had an endless amount of contacts and suggestions. She was amazing!

The host is amazing, he literally saved our trip by guiding us on how to get to the places we wanted to visit by the cheapest local price we can get. The apartment was clean and cosy, expected way worse by the price. Decoration is a highlight, very good taste. There was even more flexibility than expected regarding our late check-in due to our flight delay. All I am is thankful for this place. The price (compared to all other options, we booked the cheapest we could find not too far from Rome) was perfect for what it offered.
