1) The room was very neat & clean. 2) They have properly maintained the hotel hygiene. 3) The staff's behaviour was very very good. 4) They have provided the scooty facilities also to make our trip easy. 5) dinner was awesome. 6) The hotel victoria's tea is one of the best teas of Macleodganj. 7) the room service is very fast. 8) the hotel owner Mr. Akshay Ji is a very very gentle person - he helped us a lot to make things easier. He personally take cares their valuable guest's. 9) mountains view's are clearly visible from hotel rooms. Overall my experience was so awesome, full recommended to everyone to stay in hotel victoria. No doubt ki mai jab bhi dharamshala jaunga to sirf hotel victoria hi rukunga. The guesthouse is in a quiet place full of trees just off the main road. we liked everything, the room was spacious and clean with a big window, there is a beautiful common terrace. The staff is kind and very helpful. You can also eat in or have a drink watching the mountains. Our fav place in McLeod Ganj.

Great location and beautiful view. Nice and clean rooms, good bed. Delicious food in their restaurant (ordered meals to my room couple of times). Very-very-very (!) helpful and friendly staff. Close to main street with lots of restaurants and to the Namgyal Monastery (HH Dalai Lama's temple).

Great location, remote but has required infrastructure. Manish, the manager of the place, is very collaborative, and helpful. Good speed of the internet connection. Quiet place with very clean air.
