We stayed in the townhouse.. it was spotless. The room was lovely and quiet. Very comfortable and our own bathroom. The accommodation was just across the road from Giltraps pub which is fabulous.. again lovely staff and we were even given burgers which was a lovely surprise..

It was very nice but for glamping, I thought it was very over priced ,5 person room was 220 euro & no breakfast. I actually thought it was cheaper when booking but lovel

The rooms were lovely and warm (despite the freezing temperatures). The beds were comfy and the hot breakfast bap went down a treat. Great location - beside the pub and access to rural lands, what more could you want.

I liked the surroundings and the meals were excellent. Staff were very good and helpful. As a person that has quiet bad balance didn't like the stairs. It would be nice if there was a lift somewhere in the building.

The castle, rooms, lounge and bars were awesome! The staff were welcoming and attentive, and pretty entertaining! Highly recommend a stay, make it 2 days if you can, lots to do. Archery and horseriding with Noel was fun group activity, and he was hilarious. Conner was a great host, just what we wanted

We arrived on a quiet day but staff appear to be shared with their bar and they were very busy. We were waiting for some time to check in but once staff came they were very apologetic and couldn't do enough for us. Helpful, friendly and would definitely stay again. Great location, quiet country village. Great walking and biking in locality but will need transport. Use of kitchenette, microwave and toaster and dining area was brilliant.
