Very friendly stuff. Place feels like home, it’s clean and quite. Walk to old town and city centre takes only 15-20 minute walk. Beach is close as well. Blonde girl who works here is the best receptionist ever. 10/10

I highly recommend everyone to stay there! The host, Ivan, is very helpful and thoughtful. He advised where to eat and where to go. Location is in the heart of split. Technically it will be misleading to say that it is near to the center, it is in the center, almost 2-4 minutes from main sightseeings and attractions. Sandy beach Bacvice is also about 15 minutes away, which is very comfy as well to get to. As for the apartment itself, everything is brand new, furniture, all the dishes, etc. Even more, Netflix is activated, which was a surprise. There are absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed very much! And already planning to return next year.

The unit is gorgeous and very comfortable. Recently updated and perfectly decorated/finished. Very close to everything and the room is spacious. The shower has great water pressure.

The property was very accessible to all that old town has to offer, including the ferries and the local island-hopping excursions. Toma was very accommodating and our stay was excellent.
