Everything was super. The location is excellent, outside of entrance 3 to the park, which meant we didn't have to deal with parking lots. Duson welcomed us very warmly and gave us amazing tips on how to maximize our stay at plitvice. Not only that - he made himself available constantly by text to give us personallized directions from where ever we were (and when we were lost). We would not have had the same amazing experience at plitvice without his invaluable advice!

A excellent place to stay when visiting Plitvice National Park. A big advantage is its proximity to a little used third entrance to the Park, which is about a 15 minute walk from the Villa. Everything was super clean and the hosts were very friendly and nice. We even left something behind and the owners were kind enough to mail it to us. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty, and convenient, too, since you don't have to travel to a restaurant after a long day hiking.

A traditional guesthouse experience, my hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. I arrived late at night and at first they were unable to locate my reservation but made me feel right at home and set me up in a room while they worked it out. They did not speak English, but we were able to communicate just fine. For the price, comfort of facilities were as expected. Location was ideal for someone traveling with their own car. Beautiful view and a short 10 minute drive to Entrance 1, market and restaurants. Access to kitchen, wifi and outdoor patio were a must for me.

Location was excellent, it was very easy to get to the park, see the waterfalls etc. And not to forget: the host was super friendly and helpful, he drew a map and path for us to easily go around. Great breakfast as well!

Very surprised by this place. Close to entrance to the park. Amazing staff, helpful and professional. Rooms are new, clean and very comfortable. Food for breakfast and dinner was amazing. Homemade, fresh and big portions. We will be back for sure!

My room seemed completely new. It was very clean and everything worked great. The rest of the property is well maintained and very calming. The property fits well with the natural surroundings. The best part was the friendly staff. The guys that helped me were great. They helped me with getting in the park and best route to take. They made me feel welcome. Really great staff. Oh and dinner (had the burger) was perfect.

the best thing is very convenient to access Plitvice N.P. after parked the car on site then walk 3 min to the Plitvice NP. with pre purchased entrance ticket. Receptionist explained precisely how to tour the park without mess. site was nice and quiet, room was clean and comfortable.

There’s a lot of good stuff to say about Pansion Breza! It was definitely one of the highlights of our trip in Croatia. The location is convenient to visit Plitvice lakes. Plus if you’re looking for a very soothing and calming stay, it’s the place to be. We really enjoyed talking and getting to know the family responsible for Pansion Breza.
