This place deserves a higher rating than it currently has! It is absolutely beautiful, such a unique experience and it’s in a calm relaxing area of Milos. The water right in front was so clear and calm, perfect for swimming. We stayed here for 4 nights, the property stocked the kitchen with water, bread, ham, cheese, coffee, butter, jam… and they offered a cleaning after the 2nd night. It was perfect.

It's probably the most convenient and comfortable guest house stay I have had. The layout and size of the place was really fantastic. Marion and Nikos are great hosts; they were responsive and helpful. The place was very clean, well decorated, and has literally everything you need to make yourself at home. Triovasalos is also a pretty authentic Greek neighborhood as you will stay amongst the locals. It's right in the middle of pretty much everything in this part of the island; you are only a few minute drive to the beaches and the port, so most everything on the east side of the island is quite accessible. I definitely recommend staying here if you want a nice comfortable place to stay thats tucked away in an authentic Greek neighborhood.

perfect location!! super easy to bus from the port/ any where around the island, and right down the road from the centre of plaka, super handy having a cafe downstairs (breakfast includes a choice from the cafe!) and a vehicle renting shop next door! very comfortable beds and good sized room, nice balcony, handy mini fridge, and staff are very friendly

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. There was cold water in the fridge, coffee and tea available. The view of the room was amazing.

Marina nos atendió con mucho cariño y cuidado y nos hizo sentir como en casa o en familia desde el primer día. La nevera estaba llena de fruta, huevos, Agua, mermelada casera. También galletas, café, tostadas, zumo... además nos preparó diferentes delicias caseras para desayunar, es decir un trato exquisito que hizo nuestra estancia muy especial. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la isla en coche. Limpieza también impecable. Cama cómoda en un altillo con escaleritas.

Tipical greek house, perfect for who wants to spend authentic Greek holidays in Milos. In a good position to reach Adamas by bus and close to Plaka and Klima by foot. Dionysis is a very nice guy and let us spend wonderful time

It is a great property near everything. There are hotels near beaches on Milos, but there are so many nice beaches, I wanted to be near the center of the city and then transport to those beaches instead. It is much better this way to be able to enjoy all of beautiful Milos. I cannot say nicer things about this marvelous little family hotel. And the pool is also refreshing and clean. Antonia and Elias and their wonderful ‘oikogenia’ take great care of the hotel and of you. I had the unfortunate luck of getting a (thankfully short-lived) stomach flu. They brought me drug store items, actually made me food and drink to help me recover, and made sure I was ok. It was so nice. I felt a caring Greek spirit while I was there and I will definitely go back to enjoy.
