absolutely adored this property despite it being difficult to find! lovely shared inner courtyard to sit in. there was water and fruit provided upon our arrival. lovely open kitchen and livingroom area. beautiful bathrooms with gorgeous double showers. right in the centre of Rethymno but in a quiet street.

There was easy access to everything we needed; groceries, bakeries cafes etc. The hosts were polite and responsive. The views from the roof top are very nice and having use of the hot tub was a nice bonus as it was a little rainy and chilly on some days.

The host Katerina is very friendly and extraordinary helpful, but also respects your privacy. The quality and quantity of local food, she provided for free, was exceptional! The owner and staff of the hotel are honestly so lovely and attentive - it’s almost like staying at house of your aunt :) staying here was definitely the highlight of our trip so if you are considering this place - look no further!!

It is in a great location and we loved the trip suggestions from Carlos - it was great to get an opinion re the weather before we set out!

George and his mother gave ous a very warm welcome and even prepared some food and a bottle of wine. George is a great host and very helpful in finding a rental car, sailing trip or just bringing an air pump for our air matress😅 The house was very clean and they did clean it again during our stay and brought some more food (dessert which his mother did for us). All in all we enjoyed the villa and pool so much that we barley left it 😅 Thanks George for a great time!SandraYoung couple
