Great hospitality by Sveta and her family, took care all we needed and beyond. Very beautiful place with fruit trees garden, and amazing private river. The meals were delicious. We wish to come again in our next vacation. The entry road could be a bit challenging for private car, we had SUV car , so no issue for us

I had the most wonderful stay at this guesthouse, and I can’t thank Sveta and her husband enough for their incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were part of their family. What stood out the most was the way they cared for us. Sveta’s breakfasts were a true delight, made from the freshest ingredients sourced from their own garden. The fruit and vegetables were bursting with flavor, and the cheese she made herself was simply divine. Her homemade pastries were a special treat, and there was always something delicious to snack on, along with her homemade wine and sweets. On one memorable evening, we ended up chatting until midnight. When we mentioned an early bus trip the next morning, Sveta went out of her way and baked sweet pastries for our 7:00 AM breakfast. This level of thoughtfulness was truly touching. Sveta and her husband are some of the kindest, most selfless people I’ve ever met. Their warmth and generosity made it clear that this was more than just a business for them. Sveta’s husband was equally delightful, sharing his homemade cognac and providing assistance in finding the right bus connections. The opportunity to play with their dog and rabbits added an extra layer of joy to our stay. Sveta even offered to do our laundry, hanging it out with the same care and attention that defined their every gesture. Their garden was a beautiful oasis that enhanced the whole experience. Thank you, Sveta and family, for making our stay unforgettable. Your kindness and warmth will always stay with us. This guesthouse is a true gem and anyone who stays here is in for a treat beyond words.

The lady running the guest house is such a nice person. We went to have dinner somewhere else, but actually regret not having dinner at her place. She brought us coffee and tea with cake in the morning. The guest house is located near Martvili canyon. Everything is well reachable by car. Me and my family slept really well and had a relaxed time here. The surroundings look nice.

New, clean, fresh room on the second floor with own balcony. Location, close to the center and good supermarket, but located in a peaceful place on a quiet street. There is a room on first floor and some rooms on the second floor, some of them have balconies. There is also shared kitchen and lounge and big shared balcony on the second floor.

Incredible place, very close to the canyons. Very cosy, traditional atmosphere. Loved the hosts. They very very helpful with tips around the house, gave us directions to multiple beautiful locations which would only locals know :) To help us with directions the host even drew a map on paper. We also got the chance to taste their own home-made wine. If you have a chance, make sure to order dinner with them, it's a whole other level of experience.

We loved our stay at Villa Kardwell! Eka and her family are the best hosts. And Mimi is the cutest dog one could wish for. We were the only guests and were taken care of so well. We learned so much from our exchanges with Eka, her mom cooked the greatest breakfast for us and her dad welcomed us wholeheartedly. The location is perfect for exploring the Martvili region. There was a restaurant at the river closeby in walking distance for some great dinner. And the area was super calm. We came as guests and left with new friends 😊 We're super happy that we had the chance to stay at this beautiful place.
