Perfect for a 1 night stay just passing through, room very comfortable but not very modern. The bar was actually closed so very quiet, lovely host showed us to our room and suggested some places to visit and also some places to eat, we did have breakfast at Morags Cafe just a short walk away which was very nice. We did see the shortest Street! There was free parking very close by.

The location is superb, the parking is just across the street. The place was very clean and quiet - we were there midweek. The host was so helpful! He recommended all the places worth visiting in the area. Surely the best place in Wick!

Close to the train station for biking or walking to an early train. And a lovely little hotel round the corner for dinner. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Quiet and lovely decor. Host is lovely.

The host was really helpful and friendly before and during our stay. The room was lovely - so cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is on the edge of Wick, making it quiet and peaceful but not too far into town. Would definitely come back.

Special thanks to our host Jacqueline, who not only provided us with the best accommodation we stayed at in our entire trip, but also went out of her way to answer our questions, and even give us restaurant recommendations! The property is really welcoming, the beds are great, and the showering facilities are 5-star level. We slept well as the property is in a quiet area, with ample street parking. The value for money is really great! We loved every minute of our stay and wished we could have spent another day or two.

It was lovely! the location and the set up was perfect. Debbie was the perfect host with just the right amount of contact and her site instructions and local information were spot on. The Shepherds hut was set up beautifully, all clean and tidy. We had our own parking bay. An outside eating table as well as one inside. Tea/Coffee biscuits, milk and even cereals and sweets were available in the hut too such as nice touch. Great location for getting up and down the east cost and close to John o' Groats.
