The room was lovely, spacious, and calm. The restaurant/pub was lively with locals, yet there was always space for us and our friends. Food was delicious--great pies, tasty fish, satisfying breakfast, and fine beverages (especially the Jail Ale). But the best part was the hosts: always welcoming and kind, flexible and attentive to details.

Location is so good. I don’t tend to write reviews. I always think that many write good reviews for them to be reciprocated. Not the case here . It’s just a stunning spacious and airy flat. As a landlord myself, I appreciate what goes into making a stay so special. The host is clearly someone with taste. I don’t care how snobbish that may come across. It’s simply a fantastic accommodation, coupled with a great location. Love love loved this place.

Dan was a wonderful host and we felt welcomed and comfortable immediately. He was very helpful and offered many recommendations for the surrounding area. The room is cosy and offers a seating area to sit and relax. The breakfast is served in the room and was delicious! A lot of fresh fruits, yoghurt and croissants which were the best! Haberton is a small and quiet village. Just the right spot if you want to relax in the countryside.

Quiet location right next to the church, in a lovely little village. Apartment was very comfortable and charming with everything we could have needed including Hairdryer, wifi, dog bowl, dog bed. Small kitchen but well equipped and we managed to cook dinner for one night of our stay. Had dinner at the Church House Inn which the apartment is part of, fantastic history and great food and hosts.

We loved our stay . The Little Elbow Room had everything we needed and more, a great host in Roger, easy parking making the stay so enjoyable. Totnes is an excellent venue , very eclectic with lovely people. We drove down but only needed to use the car twice in a week as the public transport is very good We will definitely return next year and renew our acquaintance with the town
